Our firm was founded under the belief that quality, competence and client servicing are basic elements to a successful partnership.

What does a TPA do?

Third-party administrators assist employers with retirement plan administration. Services include consulting on plan design, conducting IRS compliance testing, calculating employer contributions, reconciling accounts and assets, tracking eligibility and vesting, and preparing annual filings with the Department of Labor and IRS. We also handle distributions and loans.

How do we develop an effective Plan design?

We collaborate with clients and their strategic teams (accountants, financial advisors, ERISA attorneys) to create designs aligned with employer objectives such as:

  • Maximizing allocations for key individuals
  • Expanding tax deductions
  • Supporting recruitment and retention
  • Increasing retirement savings opportunities
  • Maintaining cash flow flexibility

Plans Administered:

  • Traditional 401(k) plans
  • Safe Harbor 401(k) plans
  • Profit Sharing Plans
  • Traditional Defined Benefit Pension Plans
  • Cash Balance Plans
  • 403(b) Plans

We review existing plans for ongoing compliance with evolving needs.

Why does compliance matter?

Compliance protects the tax status of plans and prevents disqualification of contributions, tax penalties, and potential civil/criminal liability. We focus on demonstrating IRS testing requirements for coverage, non-discrimination, top-heavy status, deductibility limits, and maximum annual additions.
